Aikido, Tai Chi, Yoga and Zazen for Older and Younger People

At Redlands Aikikai we believe that the benefits of Aikido and Tai Chi are not limited to those who are athletic, nor do we restrict the practice by age. We feel that all persons, regardless of age and physical condition, can greatly benefit from a study of the principles and practice of these integrative and peaceful teachings, as long as their physical condition doesn't interfere with the gentler movements in these arts.

We welcome the physically challenged, the old and the young alike to come and join with us in the journey of self-discovery, peacefulness and health that Aikido or Yoga can provide. Please come by and try Tai Chi  (for adults) or Aikido classes for children and adults. You will find our teachers caring and supportive of the individual's present condition.
